U18 Minor – CHANGES TO CATEGORIES OF PLAY

Minor Council and the Board of Directors have approved a change to the categories of play at the U18 age group.

This U18 change sees the removal of the reference to the ‘AAA” category to be redefined as per the chart below. 

This change is being implemented to better align with the categories of play used across the Atlantic region. 

This will help to eliminate category confusion when travelling and open the door more off-island tournament opportunities in our region. 

The structure and operation of the former leagues will remain the same.  Only the category references change.
