We are entering the last week of registration please do not wait until the last minute to register to avoid any issues that may pop up. Registration closes on the 14th and wait list will be created after that date if spaces are not available.  If you get a message that you need an Hockey Canada Number please send me your childs name date of birth address, phone email and the year you move to your current address.  If you recently moved to our association please go to the forms tab and complete residential transfer form A and send proof of residence ie utility bill along with the form so we can request a transfer, Transfers will also need to be completed if your child played in the first shift program.
